The Local Living Tour is designed to answer that question. We give relocating professionals a personal, unhurried introduction to the region, the housing market, and the community — and we stay with them long after the moving truck leaves.
How it works
A Guided Journey, From First Hello to Fully Settled.
Pre-Tour Preparations
- Before arrival
- A planning session by Zoom or phone to build a personalized agenda — partners and family are encouraged to join.
- A warm welcome that makes candidates feel at home in the area from the very first conversation.
- On arrival, a personalized welcome basket with local guides, treats, and a handwritten note.
The Guided Tour
- In person
- We meet candidates and partners and escort them on a pre-arranged tour in clean, secure, comfortable vehicles — with bottled water and unhurried breaks throughout.
- We visit a few homes so they can see the value their budget buys here.
- Apartments and townhouses are available for short-term stays for those newly relocating.
- We listen closely, stay tuned to what matters to them, and speak to the positives of the hiring organization.
Post-Tour Follow-Up
